This asymmetrically balanced painting was the first in a series of large scale abstract images.  ‘Urban Wind’ evolved out of a small artistic experiment of layering abstracted shapes. That small experiment proved monumental, as the work produced in this image has won numerous artistic awards and has kick started Kb Joseph’s reputation as an artist.  This piece won the Gold Key Award for Scholastic art and writing competition in 2007.
